These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Métis.The bigger pictureWe’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy person with a strategic mindset to come on board as our temporary Member Service Representative for up to a 18-month term in our Member Contact Centre located in Regina. As a first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing excellent member service by handling various financial inquiries and requests over the phone. Through conversations and ongoing support, you will uncover and understand member needs in order to fulfil them in a single experience.How you’ll be spending your time

  • Taking incoming calls from members, building solid relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner, who proactively uncovers and identifies member needs through meaningful conversation
  • Assisting members with their everyday account related activities and providing financial services advice and solutions to meet their needs
  • Helping to educate our members on the value of our products and services by providing the most up-to-date and relevant financial information available
  • Growing and adapting your skills and knowledge in order to consistently perform with confidence

  • Experience working in the financial industry is considered an asset
  • 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role
  • Experience in a call centre environment is considered an asset
