About UsAs a Member Service Consultant (MSC) you will have the proven ability to provide exceptional experiences to our Members. In this role, you would be required to sell Memberships, and merchandise. • 1-2 years customer service and sales experience in a retail environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• TICO certification completion or working towards/ willing to complete
• Available to work flexible store operation hours
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
