DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Field Supervisor for the Reset Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end merchandising process and ensuring a seamless training experience for merchandisers within assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Live photo vetting and approval photos during relines (occasional afterhours and weekends; typically M-F, 9-5).
Lead and support team, troubleshoot, and provide training over the phone and virtually; coach and train reps, report to DM on Rep Performance action, and assist TLs infield with questions/issues.
Follow up with direct reps regarding overdue call reports and reporting to DM any foreseen issues with compliance.
Attend weekly meetings with DM
Act as a point of contact for assigned reps within territory
Resolve store complaints
Ensure store/department management is satisfied with each visit and all work is completed 100% to visit instructions – coaching their direct reps to ensure each of their visits are executed to this standard as well
Ensure a maintained calendar on NI with above-average scorecard results.
Support DMs with overall project compliance, and escalate any staffing or project issues.
Perform regular team lead/merchandiser responsibilities – field work 90% of time as team lead or training opportunities as needed.
Perform ad hoc staffing duties, adjust calendars, and fix/update call reports. 10% admin duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to train new team members on software tools (NI, Everlance, and PowerBI).
Ability to vet and approve photos during relines, including weekends and after-hours.
Comfortable handling store complaints and finding solutions.
Ability to travel throughout the region and possibly across multiple districts.
Proficient in using technology tools and software applications.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while keeping all calls up-to-date and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
