We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a Merchandising Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our company’s sales and profitability by developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies. You will be responsible for managing a team of merchandisers and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments to ensure the successful execution of merchandising plans.Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability
• Lead a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between merchandising and promotional activities
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and optimize product assortment
• Develop pricing strategies and monitor market competition to maximize product profitability
• Establish strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the operations team to ensure product availability
• Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, or related field
• Proven experience as a Merchandising Manager or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• In-depth knowledge of retail merchandising principles and practices
• Proficient in using merchandising software and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to travel, as needed, to attend industry events and trade shows

Expected salary

$5500 per month
