Under it is Assistance Program IOM assists Afghan guests with the provision of Non-Food Items (NFI) kits and other essentials upon arrival and during their stay, protection assistance and referrals, community engagement, non-formal educational activities as well as mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) for those who need it.
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant will be working under the overall supervision of the Assistance Programme (AP) Senior Operations Officer (Transit Center), and directly under the leadership of the AP Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. The M&E Assistant will assist in the delivery of the monitoring and evaluation support functions for the programme. S/he will implement assigned M&E activities and related tasks to inform key programmatic decisions; assist in implementing the monitoring evaluation and accountability framework, and support responsive and transparent services for the guests at the transit center.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent with minimum three years of relevant professional experience, or
High School diploma with at least five years of relevant professional experience
