Oxfam’s Global Humanitarian Team is looking for a MEAL Coordinator to coordinate, lead on, and oversee the planning, designing and implementing of a robust MEAL system for the HST-LHL program, including conducting project monitoring and evaluation activities, and coordinating with and providing support to various project stakeholders towards successful program implementation in support of the Senior Program Manager (SPM). She/he/they will be responsible for the further development and management of the MEAL framework, encompassing all program components, to enhance program quality and to demonstrate and enhance the impact of the program interventions. The role supports the HST-LHL Program’s and partners’ impact locally, regionally and globally through supporting evidence-based influencing of policies and strategies concerning humanitarian system change and aid reform, particularly in relation to the following program outcome areas:
a) a more equitable humanitarian system
b) a more risk-informed humanitarian system
c) a better funded humanitarian system.
This role is Fixed term until September 2027. Start date as soon as possible. Please indicate your availability in your application.
Location:
Preferred location is one of the countries participating in the multi-country program for which this role is recruited, specifically: South Sudan, DRC, Kenya or regional hubs within those time zones.
