Job Description Abstract
UBC Amenities offers complete amenities upkeep, operations and renovation companies for lands and buildings owned by the College of British Columbia. The Building Workplace group performs complicated repairs and minor renovations of architectural constructing programs throughout campus.
The Sub Head organizes and directs the work of an assigned crew of Area Carpenters, Joiners, Painters, Plasterers, and Signwriters engaged in complicated , initiatives, set up and renovation work.
Organizational Standing

Work Carried out
Supervises, organizes and allocates the work of an assigned crew of trades, corresponding to, Area Carpenters, Joiners, Painters, Plasterers, and Signwriters. Screens high quality of labor and takes remedial motion as required or recommends options to supervisory workers verbally or in writing.

Works alongside the Undertaking Supervisor to coach, supervise, and coach staff and works with the Undertaking Supervisor on decision of any staffing points that come up.
