UNDP Bangladesh has been collaborating with the Government of Bangladesh and local communities across Bangladesh since 1972 to reduce poverty, strengthen the country’s resilience in response to climate change and natural disasters, and build capable, inclusive, and responsible governance institutions.

As a leading UN development agency, working to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals for Bangladesh UNDP is focusing on systems, root causes and connections between challenges – not just thematic sectors – to build solutions that respond to people’s daily realities.

In today’s digital world, it’s really important to communicate well and engage people in national and international events. These occasions provide invaluable opportunities to educate, inspire, and mobilize communities toward positive change.  Recognizing this, the UNDP seeks to engage a national consultant to produce national and UN day content to deliver compelling and relevant content for various national and UN days.

Objectives: The objectives of this assignment are as follows: 

(a) Develop captivating static and audio-visual content tailored to specific national and international days.

(b) Enhance the organization’s online presence and engagement through content dissemination.

(c) Promote awareness, understanding, and participation in national and UN day observances among different target audiences.

Period of assignment/services: 45 working days over a period of 5.5 months

 

Proposals should be submitted directly in the portal no later than the indicated deadline.

Any requests for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing, including an explanation of the query, without identifying the source of the inquiry.
