Introduction :

Description of the Assignment: 

• Review and refine the existing operational framework and guidelines for EFT, and in consultation with relevant federal and state agencies to ascertain that: i) appropriate biological and ecological criteria are applied for the fiscal transfer; and ii) The operational mechanism is further improved to encourage the recipient States to earmark EFT allocation for conservation purposes with consideration of gender aspect;

• Conduct policy, legal and institutional review on the sustainability of EFT in the long run, identify the possible pathways for establishing a legally entrenched EFT scheme in the long term.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
