The national firm/institution is expected to provide scientific and practical foundations for identifying and determining the damages related to climate change on mangrove ecosystems; and to develop a temporary handbook for assessing the loss and damage to mangrove ecosystems related to climate change. This is a two stage negotiation and all responses will be evaluated in two stages.
