Nature Recovery Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of nature conservation specialists at an important time for the Leicestershire and Rutland Wildlife Trust. The role is well suited to a graduate or an individual with relevant experience in nature conservation, ecology, land management or a related field, who is looking to develop their career in the nature conservation sector.

The Nature Recovery Officer will help develop and deliver practical nature recovery initiatives across Leicestershire and Rutland. These initiatives include sustainable land management and headline species recovery projects, working with a diverse range of stakeholders including project partners, landowners, farmers, volunteers and local communities. With the momentum for landscape-scale nature restoration building, it is an incredibly exciting time to join our team and be at the forefront of shaping the future of our local natural environment.
