The UNDP is seeking a qualified international consultant to undertake a Needs Assessment of the Victim Services Branch of the Social Justice Division and develop a Costed Strategy for Implementing Trauma-Informed Services for Victims and Witnesses.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
