The Nature Friendly Farming Network (NFFN) is a farming organisation led by nature friendly
farmers across the UK.

We support farmers on their nature-friendly farming journeys and demonstrate to policy makers
and the wider public what farmers can do to help nature and climate as part of resilient and
sustainable food production. Farmers are key to addressing the nature and climate emergency and
urgent policy support is needed to make nature-friendly farming mainstream.

We are looking for a professional, persuasive and collaborative individual to drive forward the
NFFN in Scotland.

The successful candidate will have the skills and personality to be able to lead and support a
dynamic group of farmers and crofters, to build, shape and advocate for policies in Scotland
that work for farmers, nature and the environment. You will also be responsible for a member of
staff who delivers our programme of farmer knowledge exchange events, which share and build
practical understanding of nature-friendly farming techniques.

Based in Scotland and willing to travel to meetings and events where needed, the Scotland
Country Manager will be a core part of NFFN’s team, which combines forward thinking farmers and
staff working across the UK involved in farmer, decision-maker and public engagement work
strands.
