Description of the Assignment: The overall objective of the consultancy is to support National Election Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) decentralization in drafting clear, comprehensive, legally and practically feasible directive that will guide the decentralization process, reporting ways, communication line and work relation between head office (management board, the CEO office, departments) and regional offices during election and non-election times
Period of assignment/services :30 working days from the signature of the contract.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
