The ideal candidate will create a safe, welcoming environment, encouraging young children to engage in learning through play and interaction. If you’re a caring, motivated individual eager to make a positive impact in the lives of children, this role is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities of a Nursery Assistant:

• Offer guidance and assistance to students in both their academic and personal growth journeys.
• Work with children aged 4 months to 4 years: Engage, inspire, and support the growth of our little learners.
• Track, document, and communicate students’ advancements and achievements.
• Foster a stimulating and enjoyable atmosphere that promotes active participation and learning.
• Create detailed and personalised lesson plans covering various subjects, customised to meet individual student requirements and in accordance with the National Curriculum standards.

Requirements for the Nursery Assistant role:

• Open to both qualified and unqualified Nursery Practitioners: Whether you’re already qualified up to Level 2/3 or aspiring to kickstart your career, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication.
• Passionate about working with children: As a Nursery Practitioner, your genuine love for children will shine through.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Build strong relationships with parents/carers and collaborate effectively with our team.
• Reliable and Punctual: Demonstrate your commitment to excellence through reliability and punctuality.
• Level 3 Childcare Qualification (preferred but not required): Take advantage of opportunities for growth and development.

To work with GSL Education as a Nursery Assistant, you should:

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
