Are you a Nursing Associate with a passion for helping people in their activities of daily living and making a difference to their quality of life in a rehabilitation setting? The London Spinal Cord Injury Centre is one of 8 specialist rehabilitation centre in England, who look after individuals with both newly acquired and pre-existing spinal cord injuries.We are looking for Nurse Associates who are passionate about the importance of rehabilitation nursing to join our diverse nursing team.Our Nursing team consists of, B2 Health Care Assistants, B3 Senior Health Care Assistants, B3 Rehab Assistants, , B4 Registered Nursing Associates, B5 Reintegration Practitioners B5 Registered Nurses, B6 Ward sisters, B7 Clinical Nurse Managers, B7 Clinical Nurse Educators, B7 Health Coaches and a B8 Ward Matron. If you are a qualified nurse from oversees please enquire with Capital Nurse regarding vacancies within the London Region.Main duties of the jobNA’s will work as part of the nursing establishment on SCIC, working alongside highly skilled NMC registered and unregistered staff. They will be an essential part of the multi- disciplinary integrated patient care on SCIC.The role will require the successful candidate to work as part of the team on SCIC caring for those with Spinal cord injuries, they will be expected to practice according to the NMC code of conduct, demonstrating professional behaviour at all times.The role requires excellent communication skills, and the provision of excellent patient centred care, underpinned with the most relevant evidence based practice.About usRNOH Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust (RNOH) is the largest orthopaedic hospital in the UK and a global leader in our field.
