Job description

CentasMed is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.**Key Responsibilities:**– Manage day-to-day office operations and procedures
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports**Qualifications:**– Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or relevant role– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent French written and verbal communication skills
