Profile required
- Degree Management assistant.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Dutch/French.
- Experience in working in an international, geographically dispersed company.
- Strong team player comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills essential for building relationships between staff members, management and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and security is paramount, given the sensitive client information that we handle.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and other relevant software/computer knowledge (CRM/Teams/ WIMI/etc.).
Job Description
As EPPA’s Office Manager you will:
- Manage the daily overall administrative functioning of the office, reporting to the HR/Admin Responsible Partners
- Organise and coordinate HR-related matters, company activities (internal/external events), meetings and trainings.
- Supervise the receptionist, travel arrangements, and planning of meetings.
- Ensure a positive and productive office environment, fostering engagement among associates.
- Work closely with all internal departments to support their administrative needs.
- Oversee housekeeping, concierge services, building maintenance and IT-related issues.
- Coordination of legal company matters.
