We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Office Manager to join our team. As the backbone of our office operations, you will ensure that the workplace runs smoothly, supporting staff and management with daily administrative tasks and operational needs.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain office systems, including supplies, technology, and vendor relationships.
• Create new office policies and procedures.
• Ensure seamless internal communication and organization across teams.
• Support the onboarding of new hires and coordinate team-building activities.
• Handle basic accounting or budget responsibilities in collaboration with finance teams.
• Enforce office policies and procedures while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for employees.
• Address facility-related issues and liaise with building management when necessary.
• Lead a team of 3 administration team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic HR practices and procedures is desirable.
