Office Manager in Denver, Colorado

Robert Half has partnered with a small energy company in Denver in search of an Office Manager! The Office Manager position is offering a hybrid schedule, AMAZING benefits and vacation time, free parking in downtown Denver, and is paying $55,000-$65,000!

The Office Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Performing clerical and administrative duties in the office

• Collecting and sorting mail

• Bank deposits

• Scheduling monthly and quarterly meetings with vendors and external partners

• Overseeing laptop and office equipment purchases and exchanges

• Overseeing human resource compliance requirements for multi-state staff

• Maintain and report on leases, vendors, and IT management company

• Provide assistance for HR management and compliance guidelines

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Office Manager include:

• 3+ years of office management experience

• Ability to travel to their conferences. This role will need to travel 2-3 times per year and for about 2-3 days at a time.

Preferred qualifications for the Office Manager include:

• HR experience

• Some accounting experience – back up to AP & AR

• ADP experience

• QuickBooks experience
