Duties and Responsibilities:– Provides reception, scanning and general operations support;– Make arrangements for couriers and book boardrooms;– Regularly unload the dishwashers, order groceries, and stock fridges/pantries;– Coordinate with caterers to place large and/or multiple orders, and help set-up catering events;– Printing, photocopying, and binding documents as well as sorting and distributing mail;– Attend to outgoing mail and couriers;– Maintain tidies and restock common areas such as the kitchen and board rooms;– Reconcile reception’s corporate credit card on a monthly basis;– Organizing and maintain supply room;– Additional duties as assigned.Requirements:– 5+ years of experience working as a administrator/receptionist in a corporate environment;– 2 years of catering and/or event planning experience;– Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);– Professional and welcoming demeanor;– Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;– Demonstrative customer service skills;– Ability to work well in a team; and– Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
