JOB DESCRIPTION
A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in experience in economics and research in human rights, poverty and inequality in South Africa is required.
Background in research and experience in producing analyses, reports, briefing notes and country assessments related to human rights, including economic, social and cultural rights, is required. Experience working with UN agencies and other international organizations, regional bodies, governments, and think tanks is desirable. Fluency in English (both oral and written) is required. Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Excellent skills in public speaking and presentation are also required. Knowledge of French and Portuguese is desirable.
