- Provide one-to-one tutoring in Maths and English subjects
- Create personalised learning plans based on students’ needs
- Assess students’ progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Help students improve their understanding and performance in Maths and English
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents or guardians
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Maths, English, Education, or a related field
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
- Proven experience in tutoring Maths and English
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Maths, English, Education, or related field
Experience:
- At least 21 years of UK experience in tutoring Maths and English
- Demonstrated success in improving students’ academic performance
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Maths and English curriculum and teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students in learning
- Good organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Maths, English, Education, or related field
- Additional teaching certifications or training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
