One to One SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Tower Hamlets, Central East London
Pay: £85 – £100 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Until the end of this academic year, with potential for continuationWe are seeking a dedicated One to One Teaching Assistant to join a school in Tower Hamlets, Central East London. This role involves supporting students with Autism to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom. The position is to start immediately and will run until the end of the academic year, with the potential for extension.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with Autism.
- Implement individualised learning and behaviour plans.
- Promote positive communication and social skills.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to monitor student progress.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience supporting children with Autism is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
