Job Title: One to One Tutor/TeacherLocation: East Midlands, Northamptonshire, KetteringJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £25.00 – £30.00 Per hourJob Duties:

• Deliver personalised one-to-one tutoring sessions to students
• Create and implement tailored lesson plans based on individual student needs
• Provide academic support and guidance to help students achieve their learning goals
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Proven experience in teaching or tutoring in a one-to-one setting
• Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum

Education:A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related fieldExperience:Minimum of 1 years of UK teaching or tutoring experienceKnowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using educational technology and resources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education or a relevant subject
• Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
