Role : Operational Analyst – Data Governance (Enterprise
Data Strategy, Change and Communications)
Vancouver Remote
ContractQUALIFICATIONS
The successful Candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications and experience (the
“Qualifications”):
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a
related field.
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in data governance, change management, communications, or a related
field.
Proven experience in developing and executing change management and communication
strategies.
Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging
content.
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in data governance practices, including data quality management and policy
implementation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications:
Certifications in Change Management (e.g., ADKAR, ACMP) or similar are advantageous.
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar certifications are a plus.
Technical Proficiencies:
Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica) is preferred.
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite).

Change Management: Ability to support and drive organizational change related to data
governance.
Communication: Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to engage
stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze change impacts and develop appropriate mitigation
strategies.

processes
