Haztech is looking for a Operations Coordinator to support our operations team in delivering top-tier healthcare and safety services. This role is crucial in ensuring our fleet, facilities, and operations run efficiently and effectively.As an Operations Coordinator at Haztech, you will:Manage Fleet Operations: Oversee vehicle scheduling, maintenance, inspections, and compliance to ensure all fleet assets are operational and safe.
Maintain a Clean & Organized Shop: Ensure the shop and equipment are well-maintained, stocked, and ready for deployment.
Support Operations Managers: Assist with scheduling, logistics, inventory management, and coordination of field teams.
Monitor Equipment & Supplies: Track inventory levels, order necessary supplies, and ensure all gear is in good working condition.
Coordinate Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records for fleet maintenance, safety inspections, and operational procedures.
Assist with Logistics & Deployment: Ensure smooth mobilization of resources, personnel, and equipment to project sites.
Other Duties as Required: Support the team in various operational tasks to enhance efficiency and service delivery.What You Bring to the Table:Previous experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with fleet tracking systems is an asset.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
