Release Date: Tuesday 08 October 2024Aston Professional is a new unit at Aston University designed to meet the skills gap of industry and communities by offering cutting-edge skills-based curriculum delivery through various provisions such as Degree Apprenticeships, bootcamps, and executive/professional CPDs. We looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our Degree Apprenticeships, Adult Provision, and Executive Education CPD programmes.As the Operations Coordinator, you will also act as the Executive Assistant to the Director, handling everything from managing operational activities and streamlining workflows to organising events and overseeing budgets. If you are a multitasker with excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What we offer:
