Team Management: Oversee daily transaction processes, ensuring effective onboarding, training, and alignment of employees with customer-focused objectives.Performance Monitoring: Analyze and act on metrics such as call volume, productivity, and customer feedback to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Leadership Development: Provide direction and coaching to team members, fostering individual growth and performance management.Employee Engagement: Cultivate a supportive environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the company’s success.Process Improvement: Initiate and lead projects aimed at enhancing quality and operational effectiveness within the division.Budget Management: Ensure adherence to expense budgets while driving continuous improvement for increased profitability.Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners to support operational goals.Qualifications
10+ years of industry experience and/or 5 years operations management experienceBachelor’s degree in business administration or related field an assetBroad understanding of and knowledge of FCT’s customer segmentsBroad understanding and knowledge of industry best practices in operationsGood knowledge of customer service principles and experience in employee managementProven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivityBilingual – an asset but not requiredSummary
