As Operations Manager you play a critical role in overseeing HI’s programming in the areas of intervention, coordinating with key stakeholders relevant for the program and supporting Project Managers, and ensuring the effective implementation of HI’s programmatic strategy in the North-East of Syria.
You ensure optimal quality and the impact of the projects through appropriate oversight mechanisms. The role requires on-the-ground leadership, strategic planning, and close collaboration with local and international partners to address the evolving humanitarian needs of affected communities.
You must also navigate the complexities of the post-Assad transition, ensuring that HI’s programs remain relevant, effective, and responsive to the rapidly changing operational environment.
Requirements:
- You have 6 years of experience as project or program manager with an INGO,
- You show interest in the Disability and Inclusion fields,
- You master proposals writing,
- You show very good management skills,
- You have a positive personality
