As an Operations Research Expert, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical methods to help solve complex business problems and improve decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement models that optimize operations, resource allocation, and strategic planning. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintain our 100% growth rate from day 1 and you’ll be able to continuously share your ideas with us. What’s more? • Develop and implement mathematical models, simulations, and optimization algorithms to address business challenges.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Design and integrate machine learning solutions to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the impact of different strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in operations research and related fields.
• Document methodologies and maintain detailed records of analytical processes.

What You’ll Need

• Master’s or PhD degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Research Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of optimization techniques, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling.
• Continuously improve and refine existing optimization models to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
• Experience with optimization software and tools (e.g., Google OR-Tools, Gurobi, CPLEX).
• Experience with Machine Learning solution design and development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in applying operations research techniques to real-world problems in industries to solve logistics and VRP problem.
• Experience with machine learning and data science methods.
• Familiar with predictive modeling, anomaly detection, price forecasting, and other machine learning applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform
