| SUMMARYThe main mission of the Supervisor is to plan, organize and control the work of a team of a Capago visa application center.The Supervisor works in close collaboration with the Operations Manager of the branch, to ensure the proper execution of the specifications and the expected quality of service.| RESPONSIBILITIESAs an Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Supervising all branch daily operations by :
- Defining and applying the staff schedule;
- Transmitting the instructions and requirements of the represented consulate and ensuring their application;
- Ensuring the proper application of internal procedures and policies;
- Being in constant support of the team;
- Solving problems independently and ensuring good continuity of operations;
- Handling customer complaints and feedback.
- Managing the liaison and relationship with the represented consulate / embassy when the Operations Manager is absent ;
- Guaranteeing the performances of the employees by :
- Monitoring and communicating operational key performance indicators;
- Preparing and leading team meetings;
- Guaranteeing the good organization of the teams in order to optimize operational efficiency;
- Guaranteeing the satisfaction of applicants and the smooth running of visa application submissions;
- Ensuring the well-being of operational teams :
- Reporting to the Operations Manager any issues that may affect employees.
