Job Title : Service NowLocation : Montreal (Office attendance from day 1 – hybrid mode 3x per week)Years of experience : 3 to 5 YearsThis is a DevOps role within *** technology division in collaboration between Cyber and ESM (Enterprise System Management) groups. The successful candidate will work with an existing team within all facets of development from requirements gathering, design, development, code reviews, testing, to deployment in production as well as designing, specifying, guiding development performed by more junior consultant developers and reviewing their work product.Skills Required
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in an infrastructure DevOps role
-Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in ServiceNow
-Minimum of 5 years of overall experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience working on ServiceNow’s Discovery/CMDB/ITAM modules
Strong Windows Systems Administration experience
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
General networking and security knowledge (IP Networking, Subnetting, TCP/IP, firewalls, routing, DNS, NAT, Load balancing, packet trace and analysis, etc.)
Familiar with SDLC/DevOps tool-sets such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible and Jenkins, GIT, Jira, Stash, etc.
Background in Agile team workflow leveraging concepts such as Scrum/Lean/Kanban
Ability to work with customers, gather requirements and create solutions independently
Able to troubleshoot, problem solve, analytical thinkerInterpersonal skills
– communicator, flexible, self-driven, team playerSkills Desired
-Previous experience working with a ServiceNow partner consultancy, having done implementations with multiple clients
-Experience working with ITOM Discovery
-Experience working with IntegrationHub
-Experience implementing ServiceNow in complex network environments
-Experience with scripting languages such as Python
-Unix System Administration Experience
-ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, HAM or ITSM.
-ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
-ServiceNow Certified System Administration (CSA) certification.
