This role will report to the Head of Operational Excellence & Readiness and be responsible for ensuring fast, efficient and accurate management of the network change process and the support successful change adoption across the business for change initiatives. This position requires an experienced analyst with demonstratable change management experience to conduct the following day to day activities:

  • Managing the network change process to ensure readiness across multiple functions, including migrations and offboarding
  • Assessing business readiness for new and changing network, client and product features (e.g. monitoring and alerting, training, etc.)
  • Supporting key stakeholders with scoping business change, including operational requirements
  • Managing training and communication to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives
  • Managing network expansion and feature growth communications to regional teams
  • Assessing the readiness of functional teams to accept new and changing products/services into BAU through creation of Operational Acceptance Criteria (OAC)
  • Enabling and supporting functional teams to operationalise change (e.g. update to process documentation, training etc.)
  • Supporting in assessing business change opportunities and involved in go/no-go decisions

What we’re after…

  • Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, and ability to effectively prioritise and multi-task under pressing deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure, both in terms of deliverable deadlines, but also in terms of communication with managers and stakeholders under difficult situations and deadlines.
  • Team collaboration demonstrated by desire and willingness to share knowledge with a broader team, be receptive to new ideas and changes to the standard operational procedures.
  • PMO / Business Analyst experience to triage and coordinate delivery across multiple functions. Prince2 / PMP qualification preferable.
  • Ability to apply understanding of systems and processes coupled with analytical ability to solve complex problems involving interfaces between various systems and operational teams.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and precise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience evaluating readiness to adopt change and providing the necessary support to ensure all teams successfully and smoothly adopt change.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and professionalism with expectation of being able to build relationships across the business and at all levels of seniority
  • Independent and hands-on worker who takes ownership and who is able of operating with minimal supervision and who can use initiative in a constructive and positive way.
  • Demonstrated good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word are essential.
  • Experience in payments or fintech organisations strongly preferred

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications
