We are offering a position for an Order Entry Clerk in Woodbridge, Ontario. This role primarily revolves around the management of customer orders and providing customer service in a dynamic workplace. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment arrangement.Key responsibilities:

• Efficiently process orders from purchase order receipts
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via email and telephone
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions for order processing
• Handle customer applications through the use of CRM and Epic Software
• Perform billing functions and check processing as per established protocols
• Administer claims using relevant software tools such as ADP – Financial Services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
• Utilize ‘About Time’ software for effective time management.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Order Entry Clerk or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Knowledge of ADP – Financial Services will be beneficial
• CRM skills are required
• Familiarity with Epic Software is highly desirable
• Experience with ERP Solutions is necessary
• Ability to use About Time software is a plus
• Experience in answering inbound calls is important
• Must be able to handle billing functions efficiently
• Skills in check processing are required
• Experience in claim administration is a must.
