Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Outbound Calling Customer Service Representative in Gardena, California. Working in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling chart retrieval, and verifying provider information.
Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound calls to schedule medical record retrieval, ensuring all outreach retrieval for all programs throughout the year
• Manage inbound calls and respond to inquiries or issues efficiently
• Utilize Salesforce for customer service and data entry tasks
• Confirm provider’s medical chart availability before scheduling for retrieval
• Research and follow up on leads for other phone numbers for further outreach
• Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments for chart retrieval
• Verify provider information as part of the chart retrieval process
• Handle email correspondence with customers and other parties as needed
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and process credit applications efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating experience in effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Proven experience in a call center customer service environment, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing timely and accurate assistance to clients
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and prompt communication with clients and team members
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Capability to schedule appointments efficiently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance
• Familiarity with Salesforce Administration, exhibiting proficiency in managing customer relationships and interactions through the platform TalentMatch®
