We’re about doing what’s right and feeling good about it.Position DetailsIn this role you will:Renew expired memberships & sell new membershipsSolicit upgrades and add-ons to existing membershipsSecure ACCR (Express Renewal) on credit card salesManage call flow in conjunction with navigating screens.Utilize SAP computer applications to process all service/sales transactionsProvide first call resolution to address all Member concernsAccountable for Quality & Sales targets, and adhering to contract center metricsOther duties as assignedRequirements:Completion of post secondary education1 year experience in sales environmentAbility to adapt and work effectively within a variety of diverse situationsExcellent customer service skills – interpersonal, phone etiquette, active listening/empathy, etc.Strong sales aptitudeExcellent communication skills (oral and written)Excellent organizational skills- multi-taskingProficient in Microsoft Office suiteFamiliar with working in pressure environmentsAvailable to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays and must be available to attend all scheduled trainingPaid training for this position is on a schedule of 9-5 EST Monday to Friday for 4 weeks before moving to a varied work scheduleOur CommitmentWe are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing employment accommodation in accordance with the Manitoba Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Manitobans with Disabilities Act, 2013 (AMA).
