Part Time Customer Service Associate in Kailua Kona, Hawaii

As a Hertz Part Time Customer Service Associate , you will be interacting with our customers who come to the counter in order to process their rental. You will not only process customer rentals but will actively consult with customers on the type of rental they need, including any insurance or ancillary benefits or coverage.

Wage: $16.00 hourly

Qualifications:

Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have the ability to build relationships with customers. This position requires strong multitasking. The ability to upsell and overcome customer objections. Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. A valid drivers license is required.
