Belcan Inc. est à la recherche d’un partenaire en ressources humaines pour l’aider dans la gestion des ressources humaines, le développement organisationnel, la gestion de la efficiency, la formation et la rémunération.

En tant que partenaire en ressources humaines, vous devrez :

– Mettre en “uvre et exécuter des stratégies de gestion des ressources humaines afin de contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs de l’entreprise
– Vous faciliterez la communication, la résolution des problèmes entre la path et les employés et l’alignement stratégique de vos unités opérationnelles en termes de gestion des ressources humaines en encourageant l’engagement et la responsabilisation ;
– Conseiller, soutenir et accompagner les gestionnaires et les employés dans l’interprétation et l’utility des politiques liées aux ressources humaines et/ou des conventions collectives et des processus ;
– Assurer la liaison entre toutes les fonctions des ressources humaines et les gestionnaires et employés ;
– Planifier, déployer et participer à des activités clés de gestion des ressources humaines, telles que la gestion des performances, la rémunération, la planification des successions et le développement du management ;
– Présider et animer des comités ou des boards traitant de sujets liés à la gestion des ressources humaines.

Formation et expérience :
– Licence (développement organisationnel, relations industrielles, ressources humaines) avec un minimal de 7 ans d’expérience en ressources humaines dans une entreprise multinationale.
– Expérience avec un groupe de shoppers de plus de 200 employés ;
– Expérience et capacité à interagir avec les responsables à tous les niveaux de l’organisation et à les influencer ;
– Expérience de la coordination de projets RH et de la gestion du personnel (un atout) ;

Connaissances et compétences :
-Capacité à participer naturellement à des débats stratégiques pour faire progresser les attentes du supervisor en ce qui concerne ses contributions et la gestion de ses abilities ;
– Ouverture d’esprit, sens aigu de l’esprit d’équipe, orientation vers les options et capacité à agir en tant qu’agent de changement ;
– Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Workplace (Phrase, Excel, PowerPoint) ;
– Bilingue en français et en anglais.
