By offering personalised learning experiences, expert-led content, and a suite of academic and personal development tools, Succeed helps schools take education beyond traditional curriculums.As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic Partnership Development and Success Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our platform into new schools, while also ensuring that our partner schools get the most value from Succeed.Role Overview:The Partnership Development and Success Manager will play a critical role in the growth and success of Succeed. This dual-purpose position involves driving new sales to schools and ensuring ongoing success and high adoption of our platform within those institutions.You will be responsible for building strong relationships with elite schools, identifying opportunities for engagement, and ensuring our platform delivers lasting impact to students and educators alike.Key Responsibilities:Partnership Development:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new partner schools across the world
  • Develop tailored presentations, proposals, and strategies to showcase the value of Succeed to prospective schools.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Represent Succeed at industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build a network of school partnerships.

School Success Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partnered schools, ensuring they achieve success using the Succeed platform.
  • Drive engagement and adoption by helping schools effectively integrate the platform with their students
  • Provide ongoing support, including training sessions, webinars, and consultation, to maximise the platform’s impact on student outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from schools and collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform and address any challenges.
  • Develop case studies and success stories to highlight the value delivered to partner schools.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the education, EdTech, or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by schools, educators, and students.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • A consultative approach to sales and relationship management, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Experience with customer success or account management, ensuring the ongoing success and satisfaction of clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet ambitious growth targets.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with educational institutions, particularly elite schools.
  • A strong network of contacts within the education sector.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven or personalised learning tools is a plus.
