From customer inquiry to finding the part and invoicing the customer. They are an integral part of our Parts team providing expectational customer service and building customer rapport.Job Duties:

• Research and source parts for customers or technicians.

• Issue Price Quotes.

• Sell Parts to customers or service work orders.

• Complete special-order parts requests that need to be ordered for the customer.

• Communicate with the customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership.

• Pick-up parts for customers or technicians as required.

• Look after warranty parts and put into appropriate bins.

• Restock shelves and displays.

• Keep displays clean and up to date.

• Keep work area clean.

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Other duties as required.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience with automotive parts sales preferred

• Chrysler and CDK experience an assett

• Customer Service oriented with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient with computer skills is preferred

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must be willing to submit background check prior to employment
