Are you an experienced Patent Paralegal looking for an opportunity to join a premier law firm? My client, a distinguished firm renowned for its innovative strategies and outstanding service, is seeking to add a talented Patent Paralegal to its team. • Assist attorneys in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of domestic and international patent applications
• Conduct thorough legal research on patent-related matters and provide detailed analysis and reports
• Maintain and manage patent docketing systems, ensuring all deadlines are tracked and met
• Prepare and review legal documents, including patent applications, amendments, and responses to Office Actions
• Coordinate with clients, foreign associates, and patent offices to ensure timely and accurate communication
• Support attorneys in patent litigation, including organising and managing case files, exhibits, and discovery materials
• Assist with the preparation of patent opinions and other related documents

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Patent Paralegal or a similar position
• In-depth understanding of patent laws, procedures, and regulations
• Proficiency in patent docketing software and legal research tools
• Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• CIPA qualified
