Plan Sponsor Administration is looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our AdminAdvantage Administration team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, influential and passionate professional who is committed to building solid relationships while delivering on initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project manage payroll changes and implementations based on client needs

  • Act as a subject matter expert while gathering requirements from stakeholders, understanding the impact of changes to the current state and effects on future state

  • Manage relationships with clients and payroll vendors to establish payroll flows, set up requirements documents and confirm the integrity of test files.

  • Ability to translate business processes and requests into technical requirements • Participate in payroll project team meetings, both internal and external.

  • Process payroll and serve as the primary contact for clients transitioning to the payroll administration team.

Required Qualifications:

  • You are a master communicator – you can clearly articulate the needs of the business between technical and non-technical resources. You have experience in face-to-face customer service.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical industry knowledge to day-to-day problems and can adapt to technology.

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

  • You are a fast learner. You readily grasp new ideas, concepts, technologies and tools while carefully balancing risk. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • You are committed to continuous improvement, including digitization, innovation and automation. You also have strong skills in Office 365.

  • You strive to delight customers, their needs and their experience doing business with us. You put the customer at the center of everything you do, and you treat our internal customers the same way

  • You are resilient, adaptable to change and have the ability to guide others through it while remaining accountable and finding solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of group benefits and AdminAdvantage is an asset

  • You have a proven ability to collaborate and negotiate with diverse stakeholders with competing priorities, and you maintain your composure and perform at your best during challenging times or difficult interactions

Salary range is expected to be between

$57,000.00 CAD – $95,000.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
