  • An obsession with details. Laptops, monitors, office supplies-you’ll keep tabs on every item with flawless accuracy. Up-to-date, organized inventory documentation is second nature to you, and you don’t let a single detail slip through the cracks.
  • Logistics experience. Snail mail, product inventory, quality checks, domestic and international shipping-you’re ready to handle it all with ease and efficiency.
  • A people-centered approach. You’ll be the heart of onboarding, handling everything from desk setups and equipment prep to organizing documents and tracking each step. Team lunches, birthday gifts, sympathy flowers-these thoughtful touches will be under your care, making sure our team feels valued and supported every day.   • A flair for event assistance. From picking up supplies to making sure events go off without a hitch, you’re the go-to for any last-minute needs, whether it’s grabbing the cake or setting up the drinks.
