THE ROLE

The Woodland Trust puts people at it’s heart. This role will be central in the positive on
boarding of our newest members of staff. The people and resourcing administrator will support
the People & Transformation team in the delivery of an effective administrative service
across our workforce. The role involves a range of recruitment and people focused
administration including managing queries, document maintenance, and pre employment checks. It
will also involve arranging and delivering our induction in the absence of the recruitment
coordinator. 

THE CANDIDATE

You’ll be a keen and proactive administrator with previous experience within a HR environment.
You’ll enjoy working onboarding new staff and communicating effectively with everyone involved
including the new starters, managers and people team as necessary. 

Your keen eye for detail will ensure all data processing is completed to the highest standard.
You’ll be a flexible, proactive administrator who enjoys working collaboratively with many
stakeholders.

This is a Hybrid working role, where you’ll work part of your time at home and part of the time
from our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Our Hybrid Working Policy is flexible,
and the frequency of time spent in your contracted office will vary across teams and job roles.
