Ophthalmology is based in the dedicated Eye Unit at Southampton General Hospital. We are a tertiary referral centre, receiving patients from across the South, the Channel islands and further afield for specialist eye treatments.  Ophthalmology includes Eye Theatres, Eye Short Stay Unit, Eye Casualty and Eye Outpatients both at Southampton General Hospital and Lymington New Forest Hospital.

The Ophthalmology department provides the largest single specialty outpatient service and highest volume of surgery in the Trust.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Ophthalmology Care Group Management Team (CGMT) as PA. 

We are looking for a team player who is dynamic and enthusiastic to work with us in ophthalmology, in the largest eye unit on the south coast, to provide outstanding care to our patients.
