• Length –Dec 2025 with potential for extension based on business needs

• Pay: between 20-22/hr.

• Schedule – Full Time Hours – shift will fall between the hours of 8am-8pm EST

• Location – Remote based role

What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:

• Accurate and timely response to client inquiries regarding patient-specific programs

• performing shipment set up

• Enrollment of patients into a safe return program, and completing detailed documentation in various computer systems

• Conduct initial welcome calls to patients informing them of available services

• Provide support, education, and status updates

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

• High School degree or GED required.

• Previous 2+ years in a pharmacy, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background – Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Case Management Experience a plus

• Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs.

• Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing is plus

• Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detailed oriented with strong organization skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
