Duties embody

• designing and performing experiments with vegetation, bugs, nematodes and useful fungi
• analyzing plant metabolomes on GC-MS and LC-MS analytical platforms
• gene expression analyses utilizing qPCR
• information processing and statistical analyses
• sharing metabolomics/unstable information in public repositories based mostly on FAIR Ideas
