The Max-Planck-Institute for Neurobiology of Behaviour – caesar (MPINB) is a neuroethology institute positioned in Bonn that research how the collective exercise of the huge numbers of interconnected neurons within the mind provides rise to the plethora of animal behaviors. The Mission
