Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with navigating our products and services, providing technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools; knowledge of HighLevel and Leadzinger is a significant advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
